Our Technologies
Leveraging the expertise we have developed in the nuclear field, we handle everything from design and welding/fabrication to machining, while also taking on the challenge of researching and developing new technologies.
Design
We offer a one-stop service covering mechanical, electrical, and control system design, as well as structural analysis. Our designers regularly visit the factory and collaborate closely with the manufacturing team, ensuring that we can fully meet our customers’ requirements.
Fabrication and Welding
We have equipment for TIG welding, arc welding, plasma welding, fiber laser welding, and robotic welding. Our team includes JIS-certified welders and welders accredited by the Japan Atomic Energy Agency, enabling us to handle a wide range of welding tasks—from thin to thick materials and various metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, Inconel, and titanium.
Machining
The facility is equipped with a 5-axis machining center, gantry-type five-face machining center, horizontal boring and milling machine, vertical lathe (φ2.5m), and a long-bed lathe. The machining building also features a 30-ton crane with a 12-meter lifting height. We deliver high-precision machining and welding of large components with a fast turnaround time.
Research and Development
Guided by the concept "FROM DECOMMISSIONING TO SPACE," we conduct various joint research projects with universities, research institutions, and venture companies.
