EQUIPMENT
Factory Equipment
Our headquarters factory sits on a 14,000 m² site with 4,500 m² of building space, and is divided into three main departments: fabrication, machining, and turning. Each area offers a spacious layout of approximately 15 by 90 meters. The facility is equipped with a 30-ton twin overhead crane, along with 10-ton and 5-ton cranes, allowing for the safe handling and transport of long and heavy components with a lifting height of up to 12 meters. We operate a range of advanced machinery, including 5-axis machining centers, gantry-type 5-face machining machines, horizontal boring mills, and vertical lathes (up to 2.5 meters in diameter). This enables us to provide end-to-end support for everything from large-scale machining to processing of welded structures.

QUALITY
Quality Assurance
We ensure high-quality standards by implementing a quality assurance system based on ISO 9001 and in line with nuclear industry regulations. All measuring equipment is calibrated, assigned control numbers, and managed with care, while materials are fully traceable throughout the process. To maintain a clean and controlled work environment, we also separate our stainless steel and iron processing operations into dedicated facilities.

Our head office factory, with approximately 14,000㎡ of land and 4,500㎡ of building space, consists of three departments: fabrication, machining, and lathe work, with each area secured at approximately 15m×90m. Equipped with 30t twin cranes and 10t & 5t cranes, with a 12m lift height enabling safe transport of long and heavy materials. Utilizing 5-axis machining centers, portal 5-face machining centers, horizontal boring mills, and vertical lathes (φ2.5m), we provide integrated support from large equipment fabrication to high-precision machining.
