Since the office building and manufacturing facility are adjacent, our designers can communicate with the production floor in real time. Range of Services
Conceptual Design
Starting with gathering requirements, we develop the equipment configuration. Accompanied by sales staff, we directly listen to customers’ needs and propose the optimal setup.
Manufacturing Design
Based on the finalized specifications, we create part and assembly drawings. We coordinate with the manufacturing team on welding, machining, and assembly processes to provide drawings optimized for the production floor.
Technical Analysis
We perform eigenvalue and static analyses using FEM (Finite Element Method). Our in-house capability for seismic design of nuclear facilities allows for quick responses, shortening review times and reducing costs.
