COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
High-standard quality control built from nuclear industry experience.
Drawing on years of experience in nuclear equipment manufacturing, we operate a quality management system based on ISO 9001, enhanced with nuclear industry standards. This system has been extended to new fields such as medical and aerospace, enabling consistent quality control and full traceability from design to inspection.
Commitment to Quality 01
Inspection during the process
We perform various inspections such as measuring dimensions, checking appearance, and testing for cracks or leaks. After important steps, we carry out intermediate checks to make sure only quality products move on. Before shipping, we have final inspections and allow customers to observe, using several quality checkpoints along the way to prevent defective items from being sent out.

Commitment to Quality 02
Inspection equipment tuning
All measuring equipment is calibrated, assigned a control number, and properly managed. Each calibration has an expiration date, and only equipment within its valid period is used for final inspections. Calibration is outsourced to accredited organizations, and calibration records linked to certificates with the JCSS mark are kept for each device. Upon request, we can provide calibration certificates along with inspection records.

Commitment to Quality 03
Material Traceability
We confirm materials by cross-checking stencils, mill certificates, and drawings. Labeled materials ensure traceability of parts in each product. This allows quick identification and tracking for prompt investigation and corrective action if needed.

Commitment to Quality 04
Final Inspection with 3D Measurement System
For products with complex shapes or tight geometric tolerances, we perform final inspections using calibrated 3D measuring machines. Automated measurement programs accurately check features like roundness and virtual points, with all results saved as data. We create optimal measurement plans based on shape, inspection points, and sample size to ensure high-quality products are shipped.
