WELDING STRENGTHS
Nuclear-grade welding quality Handles thickness from 0.1mm to 150mm, and materials from stainless steel to titanium.
We have equipment for TIG welding, arc welding, plasma welding, fiber laser welding, and robotic welding. Our team includes JIS certified welders and welders accredited by the Japan Atomic Energy Agency, enabling us to handle a wide range of welding projects from thin to thick materials and various metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, Inconel, and titanium.

Our three departments—design, fabrication & welding, and machining, work closely together within the same factory. We provide seamless services from post-welding machining to assembly, electrical wiring, and installation. We handle everything from one-off prototypes to large-scale equipment manufacturing and maintenance.

Gloveboxes / Isolators / Steel Cells
We manufacture gloveboxes and other equipment that require shielding, isolation, and gas replacement. For gloveboxes, which demand high airtightness, we apply the tightest fabrication tolerances to achieve the lowest possible leakage rates.
Large-scale fabrication and welding / including difficult to process materials
We handle welding of various materials—from 0.1mm to 150mm thickness—including stainless steel, iron, aluminum, Inconel, and titanium. Depending on your specifications, we offer the best welding methods such as TIG, semi-automatic, arc, plasma, fiber laser, and robotic welding.
Assenbly, wiring, and on-site installation / maintenance
We also handle equipment assembly, electrical wiring, and on-site installation. Additionally, we conduct regular non-destructive testing, airtightness inspections, and torque inspections.
